Rossen brings over 30 years of experience in advertising. He has enjoyed tenures in most of the island’s leading agencies and been a part of many memorable projects.
Over the last decade he worked with a leading photography company in Bangkok, where he coordinated several regional and global projects.
This was followed by a stint with Murphy Cobb Associates as a print cost consultant for the Asia Pacific Region

Sachintha Peiris brings almost a decade of experience in media buying, planning and strategy, from a variety of organisations, including Phoenix O&M, JWT and Mindshare.
Previous to this, she cut her teeth in the arena of media & operations at Toni & Guy, backed by proficiency handling events for The Sooriya Village.
Sachintha offers extensive expertise, accentuated by a fresh and synergistic approach assimilated from a wide variety of disciplines, covering ATL, digital, event planning and operations.

Manjula brings his vast experience in advertising to Splendor . Previous stints at renowned international and local agencies such as Leo Burnett, Clinch, Triad, and Q&E have honed him into a consummate brand professional.
Manjula headed the PR department of the Cinnamon Lakeside when it was the Trans Asia Hotel, and held the reins as Country Representative for a reputed Indian travel publication house.
Nalinda is an associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka, an associate member of the Institute of Certified Managements Accountants of Sri Lanka and holds an MBA from the Post Graduate Institute of Management (PIM). His academic qualifications are complemented by extensive experience across several related disciplines, in a diversity of sectors, which include apparel, property development, automobiles and more.
