Rossen brings over 30 years of experience in advertising. He is a reputed and trusted name in the local industry, having held leadership positions in most of the island’s leading agencies. He has been instrumental in the collaboration of many successful campaigns for clients.
Besides Sri Lanka, he has worked in Bangkok with a reputed photography company, where he led several regional and global projects.
This was followed by a stint with Murphy Cobb Associates as a consultant for the Asia Pacific Region.

Ruchi Sharma is one of Sri Lanka’s brightest creative leaders. Her work was instrumental in winning the country’s first Cannes Finalist, setting Sri Lanka on the global map. Since then, she has won several international, regional and local awards. She has been invited to serve on many international juries for Ad Stars, Spikes, New York festival & AME.
Most recently, her work won the only Spikes 2018 metal for Sri Lanka. And the only Effies 2018 Gold medal. Thus, proving that her work resonates equally on the creative and effectiveness scale.
Ruchi’s career spans 20+ years, working in New York, Bangkok, Mumbai and Sri Lanka. Working across regional and global brands for Fonterra, Nestle, Coke, Colgate Palmolive, Unilevers and P&G. She has held leadership roles at reputed agencies of BBDO, Young & Rubicam, MullenLowe, Saatchi & Saatchi and Ogilvy & Mather.

Manjula brings his vast experience in advertising to Splendor . Previous stints at renowned international and local agencies such as Leo Burnett, Clinch, Triad, and Q&E have honed him into a consummate brand professional.
Manjula headed the PR department of the Cinnamon Lakeside when it was the Trans Asia Hotel, and held the reins as Country Representative for a reputed Indian travel publication house.
Nalinda is an associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka, an associate member of the Institute of Certified Managements Accountants of Sri Lanka and holds an MBA from the Post Graduate Institute of Management (PIM). His academic qualifications are complemented by extensive experience across several related disciplines, in a diversity of sectors, which include apparel, property development, automobiles and more.

Sachintha Peiris brings almost a decade of experience in media buying, planning and strategy, from a variety of organisations, including Phoenix O&M, JWT and Mindshare.
Previous to this, she cut her teeth in the arena of media & operations at Toni & Guy, backed by proficiency handling events for The Sooriya Village.
